AI Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document best practices and ensure consistency in AI implementation. Develop AI-powered agents to automate business workflows and enhance decision-making. Work with LLMs, automation tools, and enterprise data to drive AI adoption. Collaborate with a team of AI specialists to build scalable, real-world AI solutions. Stay ahead of AI trends and continuously expand your skills in a hands-on, dynamic role. Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, automation, AI development, or a related field. Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is a plus. Experience working with structured and unstructured data. Background in problem-solving, automation, or digital transformation, even if not directly in AI. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving AI landscapes. Comfortable working with data models, automation frameworks, and AI-driven decision-making. Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.
