Possess a Master or Doctoral/terminal degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent) .All faculty credentials must be issued by a properly accredited institution. Proven experience teaching in higher education, with familiarity in using Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS) Ability to teach online. Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills. Work permit in USA Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Industry experience in Human Resources management and strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach graduate-level Human Resources courses
- Facilitate student learning through Canvas LMS
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and Capstone evaluations
- Provide academic mentorship and support to students
- Maintain academic excellence and integrity in teaching
