Job Type: Part time Job Number: JR101087 Location: No Office Location The Opportunity Lesley University always welcomes applications for Adjunct Faculty to teach upcoming daytime or evening classes in our undergraduate Business and MBA programs. Subject areas in this department include both quantitative and qualitative business courses such as Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Organizational Behavior & Ethics, and Quantitative Modeling, among others. Courses include general education and a range of major-level classes. Classes in this department are either taught in-person or remote depending on the specific course. Lesley University hires Adjunct Faculty on a regular cadence to support our Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. By applying to an Evergreen position, your materials will remain on file and be reviewed on an as-needed basis throughout the upcoming semesters. As such, you will be put into consideration for current and future adjunct positions within the Business subject area. The specific course hired for is subject to change depending on semester, course catalog, and department needs. Qualities & Capabilities Required:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated successful experience teaching in the particular discipline at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
  • Experience in constructivist, inquiry-based learning with an emphasis on student engagement

Preferred:

  • PhD or equivalent terminal
  • Successful teaching experience in the modality of the course
