How You'll Create Impact Open/ Close periods during MEC Preparation and processing of standard manual journal entries (prepayments, accruals, reclassifications, payroll posting etc.) Upload JE into Blackline (SNOW) Prepare BS Account reconciliations and clearing Prepare standard reporting reconciliation and uploads (FCCS to SAP etc.) Run standard allocations and BS reclassifications Perform standard checks and clearing on accounts Run FX valuation proces Performs standard RTR Tasks and reports (accounting reversals, clearing) Standard data uploads into reporting systems Preparation of Data Forms in HFM/ financial reports Audit Support What Makes You Stand Out Strong analytical, oral and written communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as a team member Highly motivated, self-starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints Demonstrates strong attention to detail and analytical problem solving skills. General understanding of accounting principles. Ability to think critically to perform other duties and ad-hoc requests, as assigned. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage Fluency in English, French Your Background ▪ Bachelor’s Degree required and 1 year of experience in Accounting EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
