What We're Looking For
- Active life & health insurance license, or the willingness to obtain one
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a hunger to succeed
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated newcomers
- Coachable mindset and commitment to showing up consistently
