Account Executive Hollander Parts Job Title: Sales Account Executive – Hollander Parts (Western US & Western Canada) Company: Solera | Hollander Parts Location: Remote (Western U.S. & Western Canada) Travel Requirement: Up to 50%, including customer visits, industry events, and business reviews About Hollander Parts Hollander Parts, a Solera company, helps recyclers, collision centers, and repair shops optimize their operations through an advanced recycled parts management platform. Our technology connects buyers and sellers, streamlining inventory visibility and driving profitability across the recycled parts supply chain. Position Summary The Sales Account Executive will drive revenue growth by developing and managing accounts within the Western U.S. and Western Canada. This role focuses on expanding Hollander Parts’ customer base, deepening relationships with existing clients, and delivering value through consultative solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and manage growth within existing accounts across assigned territory. Conduct on-site customer visits, product demos, and business reviews to strengthen relationships and uncover new revenue opportunities. Represent Hollander Parts at regional and national industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools. Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, customer success, and product—to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company initiatives. Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback to inform business strategy. Consistently attain sales objectives in core product platform and willing to sell additional pillar products Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the automotive parts industry (preferably recycled, aftermarket, or collision). Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a territory-based sales role. Automotive Parts experience preferred but not necessary Experience selling SMS programs or similar preferred Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage decision-makers at all organizational levels. Comfort with frequent travel (up to 50%) across the Western U.S. and Western Canada.
