Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary is a national law firm seeking an attorney with 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation for its Chicago office. The role involves participation in all phases of litigation including written discovery, case analysis, depositions, and court appearances.
Responsibilities
- Actively involved in all phases of written discovery, research and case analysis, depositions, handling court appearances, and briefing and motion practice in state and federal court
Skills
- Admittance to the Illinois bar
- 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation is required
- Previous experience in the transportation industry and/or defending personal injury, property damage or subrogation claims is preferred
