This role directs and coordinates academic advising activities, interprets academic policies, supervises recommendation mailings, conducts career counseling workshops, and liaises with administration and faculty to support students and academic programs. - Coordinate and supervise the mailing of letters of recommendation to professional schools and maintain related statistics.
- Conduct career counseling workshops and advise on fields of study.
- Participate in class schedule development and registration processes.
- Supervise data compilation, analysis, and management report preparation.
- Act as liaison with university administration and faculty on academic matters.
- Requires knowledge from a master's degree or equivalent training and at least one year of relevant experience, with experience considered in lieu of education.
- Salary range: $49,400 - $56,200.
- Position is security sensitive and requires a criminal history check.
