- As an employee of Connect n Care, you will feel as valued and supported as our clients. As a BCBA at Connect n Care, you will:
- Customize treatment plans to address the child’s deficits based on assessment results
- Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
- Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate
- Language acquisition
- Functional communication training
- Social skills training
- Community safety skills
- Toilet training
- Executive function training
- reputed company certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience is highly preferred
- Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
