ABA Credentialing Specialist (US Healthcare) - EST Remote

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) credentialing reputed company the U.S. healthcare system who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple credentialing processes reputed company. - Working Hours Monday – Friday | 900 AM – 600 PM EST (300 PM – 1200 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings)
- Public Holidays This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
- Internet Requirements A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Connections reputed company reputed company, LTE, 5G, or similar are not acceptable. Applicants without a fixed fibre line will not be considered

- Work Environment Fully remote KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for ABA providers with U.S. insurance payers.
- Submit and actively track applications across commercial and government payer networks.
- Monitor deadlines, chase outstanding items, and reputed company credentialing timelines on track.
- Maintain meticulous provider records, documentation, and digital filing systems.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with payer requirements and notify stakeholders of changes.
- Support provider onboarding and enrollment from start to approval.
- Communicate clearly with providers, payer contacts, and internal teams. REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience credentialing ABA providers in the U.S. — this is non-negotiable.
- Working knowledge of U.S. insurance payer enrollment and credentialing processes.
- Familiarity with credentialing portals and U.S. healthcare documentation standards.
- High attention to detail — errors in credentialing cost real time and money.
- Ability to manage multiple open files independently without being micromanaged.
- Strong written English; professional communication with U.S.-based clients and payers.
- Reliable internet reputed company and a proper remote working setup. Highly Advantageous
- Experience credentialing BCBAs, RBTs, or ABA clinics specifically.
